Urul Seve performed as form of protest!

Udupi: An Urulu Seve was offered by Nagarika Seva Samithi leader Nityananda Volakadu during a protest organised by several organisations near Tiger Circle on Friday demanding repair of the road from Syndicate Circle to MIT.

Nithyananda Volkadu is kn own for his unique protests in Uudpi. Few weeks back, he had swimmed across potholes in unique form of protest. This time he protested by performing Urul Seve.

The protestors alleged that the authorities had failed to repair the road despite protests. Only temporary works were done following an earlier protest, he said and demanded a permanent solution to the problem.
