Vatican Ambassador meets Karnataka CM

Mangaluru: New Vatican Ambassador to India Rev. Giambattista Diquattro, along with Archbishop of Bengaluru Rev. Bernad Moras and national executive member and finance committee chairman of Catholic Council of India Antose Antoney called on Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on May 2, Tuesday.

They discussed various activities and programmes of the Christian community and churches in Karnataka. Mangalore also some times called the Rome of the east figured in the discussions.

Bengaluru Development Minister K J George also was present on the occasion and spoke to the dignitaries.
