Workshop on ‘KSET examination’ held at St Philomena College Puttur

Puttur: The Post Graduate Department of Physics, St Philomena College Puttur organized a workshop on ‘KSET Examination’ on September 23, 2016 in PG Centre. The workshop was organized to provide preliminary information on the pattern and preparation for KSET and UGC NET examinations. The Coordinator of PG studies in Physics Dr. E Deepak D’Silva delivered introductory speech.

The resource person Mr. Prasanna Kumar, Coordinator of PG Department of Social Work presented on ‘Teaching Aptitude, Research Aptitude and Comprehension.’ He also spoke on the topic ‘Communication’.

The Resource person Mr. Prasad H M, Department of Mathematics spoke on ‘Mathematical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation.’

The resource person Mr. Bharath Kumar, Department of Political Science presented on the topic ‘Higher Education system: Governance, Policy and Administration.’

In the closing session, the winners and the participants of Wall Board Magazine competition were honoured. Ms. Anusha K S compered the programme. All the faculty members of the Department were present in the programme.
