Mumbai, (IANS): TV tsarina Ekta Kapoor, who is the producer of dance reality show “Nach Baliye 7”, paid a surprise visit to the set when she walked in hand in hand with her father Jeetendra. The veteran actor said he is “impressed” by seeing the dedication of all the contestants.
The duo will be seen on the pre-finale episode of the Star Plus show where they will shake a leg to Jeetendra's famous song “Taaki o taaki”.
This is the first time the two of them will be seen together in a reality TV show.
“'Nach Baliye' is a great show and I have been following it this year. I want to tell all 'jodis' - you all are winners in your own ways. The kind of dedication that the contestants have shown on the stage is commendable. I'm truly impressed by each one of them,” Jeetendra said in a statement.
The participating couples on the show include Amruta Khanvilkar-Himmanshoo A. Malhotra, Nandish Sandhu-Rashmi Desai, Upen Patel-Karishma Tanna, Rohit Nag-Aishwarya Sakhuja, Sana Saeed-Dipesh Patel and Mayuresh Wadkar-Ajisha Shah.
The episode featuring Jeetendra and Ekta will be aired in the second week of July.
