Mumbai, June 16 (IANS): Behind every successful man is a woman. However, there is a woman behind actress Madhuri Dixit's age-defying looks and fit hourglass frame - Leena Mogre.
The "Tezaab" star was "the first to have a personal trainer", Mogre said.
"Madhuri was my first client. And that time, the concept of personal training didn't exist in Bollywood. And she was the first to have a personal trainer," the fitness trainer-entrepreneur said.
Mogre used to conduct Madhuri's training sessions at the actress' house where she practiced aerobics to keep herself fit.
"I used to take her training sessions at her house and due to her passion for dance, we used to do aerobics. She used to carry her music player or walkman to the film sets so that she could practice and keep herself fit," she said.
The actress, often regarded as Bollywood's dancing diva, even "loved" Mogre's book "Total Fitness: The Leena Mogra Way" and wrote the foreword to it, expressing her views about fitness.
"In her foreword, she writes that fitness is responsible for what she is today. And she has also launched her own website Dance With Madhuri, integrating dance and fitness beautifully just like our training sessions," Mogre said.
On the big screen, Madhuri was last seen in Vishal Bharadwaj's "Dedh Ishqiya" and Anubhav Sinha's "Gulaab Gang". She also appeared on the small screen as a judge of dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa"
