What's Preity Zinta's cardio for night?

Published On : 08 May 2015

New Delhi, (IANS): Actress Preity Zinta says she loves dancing. So, she doesn't mind carrying a pair of sneakers and lets her hair down wherever she is.

“I’ve always loved dancing. Sometimes, I go to club... not very recent. I always take a pair of sneakers with me. It doesn’t matter what I’m wearing. I think I’ve reached a point in my life where I don't have to prove to anybody that ‘Oh I’m hot’, ‘I’m amazing’, ‘Look at my shoes’.

“It’s about my personal comfort. I wear sneakers and dance and then I joke and say ‘This is my cardio for the night’,” Preity, who has been carrying her sneakers around since the past 10 to 15 years, told IANS.

The actress, currently seen judging reality TV show “Nach Baliye 7”, considers dance as a stress-buster.

“I also love to dance because, for me, it is a form of meditation and relaxation. It's just you and the music. Dance becomes a little difficult when someone choreographs and tells you to follow his or her moves. One, two, three, four... then you are learning that.

“Otherwise, if you are just kind of dancing, I love that. I love freestyle," she added.

Preity is currently co-judging the celebrity dance show with author Chetan Bhagat and choreographer Marzi Pestonji
