Mumbai, Dec. 28: The annual get-together program of Malika group- a well-known dealers and distributors of home appliances, was organized on Wednesday at Hotel Hardik Palace, Mira Road(E). Gilbert Baptist- chairman of Malaika group, expressed his views.
Prakash Bhat- Managing Director of Varna Industries Pvt. Ltd., Poornananda Sherigar- vice president of Varna institutions were present as the guests. Marcelina G. Baptist- Director of Malika organization, Anil Jigar Popthani, Yashika G. Baptist, Jessy D’Souza, Jitendra Pardeshi, and other dignitaries were present at the program.
The senior employees of the organization- Chandrashekar Nayak, Suresh Savant, Nandalal Tiwari, Ritesh Shah, Ranji Jos and colleagues of Malaika Multi-State Co-operative society were honored by offering the achievement shield and Prasanna Bide, Rakesh Atani, Sunil Chawhan, Afzal Sheik, Ajay Yadav were honored by offering the achievement certificates. Kum. Supritha P. Bide, Master Sharath C. Sudarshan, Kum. Shivani S. Mishra received the talent award. Dahisar Branch of Malaika Appliances bagged the best branch award among all the active branches of Malaika Appliances in Mumbai. Mahendra Savadekar was honored with the best officer award.
Senior officers of Malaika organization- Elsie J. Rodrigues, Manohar R. Shetty, Teja Ravindra Shetty, Sushant S. Sabath, Lovel Baptist, Prakash Kotian, Raman Iyer, Sadananda Kunder, Krishna Poojary Shambur, Alban Noronha, Sundar Poojary Suvarna and others were present at the program.
Malaika Baptist welcomed the gathering. Ronald Menezes delivered the introductory speech and compered the program. As a source of entertainment, songs were sung by Prakash Kotian and the magic show was presented by K. Suresh. Santhosh Thingalaya proposed the vote of thanks.
