BSKB Association Sion Inter School Talent Competition

Mumbai, Sep. 18: Inter school talent competition ‘euphoria’ was held at the old age home ‘ashraya’ at Nerul, Navi Mumbai for the schools of Mumbai and suburban on Sunday. The competition was organized by the youth wing of BSKB Association. Dr Suresh RaoKateel and the office bearers of the organization inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.

Euphoia was conducted with various competitions in music, quiz, creative writing, elocution, folk dance etc. About ten schools participated in the programme. SrijitNayar and NayanaGhade (SBOA public school Nerul) got first and third prize and Anuja Panchal (Udayanchal High School, Vikhroli) got second in singing, Neha Gholap (SBOA Public school, Nerul), UditiMalaviya (Don Bosco,Nerul) and Sania sheikh (Sterling School, Nerul) got first, second and third prize in elocution, Annapoorna Nochur (Udayanchal High School Vikhroli), Radhika Dharnia (SBOA Public School, Nerul), Glenis Dsouza (Don Bosco Nerul) got first, second and third prize respectively in writing. Kanchan Bhatnagar and SyedaFarhat (Jaipuriyar School Sanpada) got first prize, AkshayaMategaonkar, Tirth Patel (Udayanchal High School Vikhroli) got second and Maryam Khan and SheetalGaekwad (Chembur Karnataka High school, Chembur) got third prize in Quiz. In group folk dance SBOA Public School Nerul, Udayanchal High School Vikhroli, and Jaipuriyar School Sanpada got first, second and third prize respectively. SBOA Public School Nerul got most of the prizes and got first prize and Udayanchal High School Vikhroli got second prize.

Shailini Rao, SahanaPoti, Shalini Prasad, MaliniKanal, SahanaBharadwaj and Soumya V Upadhyaya assisted as judges. Aniruddha Bhat and Priyanjali Rao presented the quiz programme.

G M Rao-the managing executive official of White Petroleum Induatries was the chief guest of the prize distribution programme. The vice president of the association Vaman Holla, Shailini Rao, Secretary P C N Rao, the chief of AshrayaChandravati Rao and office bearers were present and distributed the prizes and certificates to the winners.

The programme was held successfully under the leadership of Deepak Shivattaya, Vinodini Rao,Prashant Herle, A P K Poti. Vidya Rao presented the programme and P C N Rao proposed the vote of thanks.
