“Badkeregad Saipinkulu” Drama at Billawa Bhavana

Mumbai. October 25: Under the direction of Ln.Kishor D Shetty, the kusalda kalavider of Lakumi group of Mangalore performed the tulu drama “Badkeregad Saipinakulu”, on Saturday at Billawa Bhawana of Santhacruze (E) in association with the general help sub-committee of Billawara Association of Mumbai, as a charity for Health fund.

The president of the Billawara Association Mumbai-Nityananda D Kotian inaugurated the programmae by lighting the lamp. The former Executive officer and current director of the Bharath Co-operative bank–V.R.Kotian was present as honorary guest. The directors of the Bharath bank-Chandrashekar S Poojary, Advocate Somanatha B Amin, the former executive president of the general sub-committee-Gangadhar G Poojary were present in the function and wished success.

“One can avail all fortunes if he is in good health. Ignorance is the main reason behind the sickness. So we all should give importance to our health and take care of our life. The institutions that are engaged in the service of health should strive hard to protect the health of the society”-V.R.Kotian gave the advice.

In his presidential speech, Nithyananda D Kotian said “Unlimited interest of V R Kotian towards health should be a role model to everyone. VRK’s service is outstanding who is busy protecting the health of hundreds of people by collecting the funds from the donors, and maintaining close contacts with the health-experts. He is a tireless soul. We can protect the health by extending our co-operation in his service.”

Vice president Bhaskara V Bangera, Shankara D Poojary, Dr U Dhananjaya Kumar, Honorary chief treasurer Mahesh C Poojary, the Executive-president of women’s wing Shakunthala K Kotian were present at the dais.

The Former President of the Association-L V Amin, Honarary joint secretary Harish G Salian, Premanath P Kotian, Ashalatha Kotian, Honarary joint treasurer Rajesh J Bangera, Shivarama S Poojary, Sadashiva A Karkera, Mohan D Poojary. The directors of the Bharath Bank Bhasakar M Salian, Harishchandra G Mulky, Managing director and Chief Executive officer C R Mulky, General Manager Anil Kumar R Amin, Senior Manager Shobha Dayanand were present.

Ms.Vidhita A Poojary sang the prayer; The Executive president of the General Sub-committee Raja V Salian welcomed all. Honarary Chief Secretary of the Association–Dharmapal G Anchan delivered the introductory speech and conducted the programme. Honorary Secretary of the Sub-committee Ganesh K Poojary proposed the vote of thanks.
