PERFORMANCEOF ‘BANTAKANTA COMPETITION’ AND ‘BALE THELIPALE’ PROGRAMME

Mumbai, Jan. 19: Andheri Bandra Regional Committee of Bunt Association Mumbai grandly celebrated its decennial celebration at Smt. Radhabhai T. Bhandary Auditorium, BuntaraBhavana, Kurla (E) here on Saturday.

KarnireVishwanath Shetty – the President of Bunts Association presided over the programme. Sudhakar S. Hege – the Executive President of Tunga Group of Institutions was present as chief guest and former Presidents of the association B. Vivek Shetty, Aikala Harish Shetty, MadhurBandarkar –Director of Bollywood film industry were present as honorary guests and inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.

The Bunts achieversAdvodate R. C. Shetty, Sundar S. Hegde, Dr.Vijaya D. Shetty, Prakash Bhandary, LionJayaram L. Shetty were felicitated on the occasion. Dr.Poornima S. Shetty, Rohit D. Shetty, Kum. Nirishka A. Shetty, Prajwal T. Shetty were honoured. The students who got highest marks in HSC, HSC exams were congratulated and winners of ChinnaraChilipili talents were felicitated.

Payyade delivered introductory speech. Sujatha Gunapal Shetty Aikala – the President of Women’s Wing detailed the annual report. Ganesh S. Shetty – the Secretary presented the annual report. As a part of the programme, ‘Bantakanta Competition’, variety of dance programmes ‘Balethelipale’ were exhibited by the children of regional committee and youth wing.
