Mumbai, Dec 17: The art organizer and emerging journalist Prabhkar Belvai was felicitated on last Monday by Suresh Shetty - the theatre actor and founder of Tuluvere udal Jodukallu group. Tonse Vijayakumar Shetty- the founder of Kalajagattu group was present as the chief guest, Pandit Navinchandra Sanil-Vasthu specialist, S.T. Vijayakumar Thingalaya, Ramesh Rai, Sanjeeva S.
