New temple will be inaugurated on January 4th, 2016 by Pejawara Shree

Mumbai, Dec 16: The construction work of new temple at Pejawar Mutt of Mumbai branch in Prabhat Colony, Santa Cruz (E) is in full swing. As a part of the construction work, installing the Copper pinnacle, Silver pinannacle, the foundation stone(talan kallu), Adisthana (Puduka, Jagati, Kumuda), Adhyatma Mandira (garbhagudi), Karna Manchige, Statue and Paani-peta, Dwarabandha stone, Silver cover, wood works of main door etc are in final phase. The stone works are nearing completion under the leadership of N. Narayana Mestry and Venkatesh R of Shree Devi Shilpakala of Karkala -Prakash Acharya the branch officer of Pejawar Mutt Mumbai branch gave the information.

The new temple will be inaugurated on January 4th, 2016 by Shree Pejawara Pontiff Shree Vishweshatheertha Swamijee. Ramadasa Upadhyaya-the administrative officer of the Mumbai branch informed that the Brahmakalashotsva, Prathista, Astabandha, distribution of Anna prasadam will be held on the same day. Niranjan Gogte, Sheehari Bhat and other priests were present during the occasion.
