Mumbai Sep 30: Raphael A Sequiera (58) the founder, managing director of Reliable Spaces Private Limited a renowned Tulu-Kannadiga institution of Mumbai breathed his last on last Saturday night at a private hospital in the city.

Raphael Sequiera, originally from Madantyar of Belthangadi Taluk, Dakshina Kannada was famous for the construction of single floor iconic structure and information technology at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Mangalore. Reliable Tech Park on the Thane-Belapur Road at Airoli, Navi Mumbai was his greatest plan.

He was awarded with annual best achiever award of Christian C hamber of Commerce and Industries (CCCI) sponsored by Electropeneumetics institution in the the year 2011, award from Federation of Konkani catholic Association Bangalore in the year 2013, Rachana award from Catholic C hamber Of Commerce and Industries Mangalore in the year 2014 excellency award. He was doing many businesses in the city since many years.

The deceased was a resident of Evita Hiranandani Garden at Powai. He has left behind his wife Clotilda R Sequiera, daughter Collet D lima, son-in-law the director Aron D lima and many family members. The funeral will be held at Holy Trinity Church Powai tomorrow (27.09.2015) at 4.00 pm.
