A ceremony that upheld National-integration and environmental concern
Mumbai, June 1: The holy Eucharistic celebration of Ronwin Bantwal, son of Rons Bantwal, “Madhyama Academy Prashasthi” and “Patrakar Rathna” awardee and Tara Jecintha R Bantwal, Director of Ronida Press Media Pvt. Ltd., was conducted on a grand scale at Platinum Jubilee Auditorium of St.Sebastian Church, Benduru Mangalore.
During the occasion, events related to protection of environment, limited use of water, cleanliness of surroundings, preservation of food, patriotisam and national integration, were held. The event was celebrated in a special way.
Rev Fr. Antony M Shera – the parish priest of St. Sebastian Chuch, Bendur,conducted the holy mass. Rev Fr. Gregory Pereira, Rev. Fr. Walter D’souza (OCD), Rev.Fr. Melvyn D’cunha, Rev Fr.James D’Souza, Rev Fr. Cypriyan Pinto, Rev. Fr. Antony Vincent Luis, Rev. Fr. Michel Lobo, Rev. Fr. Richard D’souza (CODP), sister Joylin, sister Renny and sister Alice Serao were present.
The programme was held at the church auditorium. Dr Kalladka Prabhakara Bhat, Jaya C Suvarna, Dharmapal U Devadiga, Kusumodhara Shetty, HyderParthipadyUllalainaugured theprogramme by watering a plant.
Many dignitaries participated in the programme. Tara Jecintha and Ms. Ronita Rons Bantwal welcomed all. Victor Mathais, Ms.Rois R Sequeira Vakola, Reynold Lobo Shakthinagar compered the programme. Rons Bantwal proposed vote of thanks.
