Sahyadri Sports Mandal is Celebrating Ganeshotsava by Creating a Cultural Landscape with the scientific world at Chembur, Mumbai

Mumbai: As Mumbai is well known for Ganesha Chaturti Celebrations every year, even this time Ganeshotsava Celebrations came up with variety of attractions throughout. Similarly, the Ganeshotsava Celebration of Sahyadri Sports Mandal Ganeshotsava Committee,would conclude on Sep. 05.

 

On account of 41st annual Ganapti Utsav,this year Rahul G. Valanje- president of the Mandal, created Ganeshotsava mandal that depicts the mission statement‘Jai Javaan Jai Kisaan Jai Vijnaan’. Concepts of Swachh Bharath, the posters of scientists like- Sir C.V. Raman, HommiJehangir Bhabha, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Jayanth Narilkar, VikramSaral- who served for the National scientific world, and the various other posters related to Nation were created attractively.

This time Ganapati was installed with the service of Rahul G. Valanje- president of the Mandal, Manisha Valanje, Jaya A. Shetty- vice-president, Chaya J. Shetty, Ashok Shatadekar- Secretary, Rajendra Mohite- Treasurer, PandurangaPateel- joint secretary, Sujatha R. Nikalje and others.

Since three decades, Ramachandra VaatweBadlapura- the Purohit, installs Mahaganapati and performs pooja methodically and offers blessings to devotees.
