Vishnumudra eliminates bodily sins: Adamarushree

Mumbai, July 25: “Taptha Mudra Dharana is a Vaishnav ordination. By wearing the imprints of Vishnu in our body we tell God that you live in our body. Taptha Mudra Dharana is one among the five samskaras we do to cleanse our body. The Mudra Dharana involves heating the “shanka” and “chakra” imprints in the holy fire of Sudarshana homa and imprinting on the shoulders. A Vaishnav should do Taptha Mudra Dharana once in a year”-said Vishvapriya theertha Swamiji of Adamaru mutt.

 

Vishvapriya Theertha Swamiji of Adamaru mutt conducted the pooja and Taptha Mudra Dharana ritual, blessed the devotees with mantrakshathe and prasadam on Sunday at Adamaru Mutt at S V Road, Irla, Andheri (E).

During the occasion, Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel-the president of BSKBA, vice president P Umesh Rao, Honarary Treasurer CA.Haridas Bhat, joint treasurer Avinash Shastri, executive board members-Geetha R Bhat, Gururaj Bhat, Katyayini S Rao, Vijayalakshmi suresh Rao, S N Udupa, Vani Rajesh Bhat, Vasudeva Udupa, Parel Shrinivasa Bhat, Raghavendra Udupa, Sabakka Khedkar, Harish Bhat, Shripathi Bhat Ambholi, Shreesha Acharya, Shankar Kalyanithaya, Narayana Desai Pune, other priests and devotees were present.

Lakshmeenarayana Machinthaya – Diwan of Adamaru mutt of Mumbai branch welcomed all. Padubidri V Rajesh Rao proposed vote of thanks.
