Mumbai, Sept.05: The Muhurat of the new Konkani Drama “MHOJE VOILI KAALS NIVAR” was held on September 03, 2017 at 4 p.m at the St. Louis Church Hall, Dahisar West. This is the THIRD Konkani Drama written and produced by Mr. Joseph D’Souza, Borivali. The earlier Konkani Drama “ESTEL KONACHI VHOKHOL” was played in 2011 and “NIRMILLEN CHUKANA” was launched in 2016 and six of these shows have already been played in various places in Mumbai.

The Muhurat of the new drama was started sharp at 4 p.m. with a prayer and thanksgiving by Mr. Leo Coutinho. The Chief Guest, Mr. Leo Fernandes, Jeri Meri, the guest of honour, Mr. Francis Fernandes Cascia, Director of the drama, Mr. William Machado and Writer/Producer, Mr. Joseph D’Souza, were on the dias. To start with, flower bouquets were offered to honourable guests and also welcomed the new actors by offering flower bouquets to them by the old actors of the earlier dramas.

Mr. George Sequeira, Mrs. Helen Noronha, Mrs. Juliana D’Souza and Mrs. Janet Saldanha have read the part of Second Scene of the drama for the benefit of the guests. The Chief guest, Mr. Leo Fernandes, released the book of the New drama by cutting the ribbon. The same book has been handed over to Mr. William Machado, who is the Director of the drama by Mr. Joseph D’Souza.

The Chief guest, Mr. Leo Fernandes, Guest of honour, Mr. Francis Fernandes Cascia, Director, Mr. William Machado and Writer / Producter, Mr. Joseph D’Souza, Borivali addressed the gathering.

The vote of thanks was given by Mr. Cyril Monis. At the end of the programme snacks were served to the guests. The programme was conducted well by Mr. Henry George D’Souza, Borivali.
