The white PL cricket tournament organized by WHITE Stone trading and contracting LTD, got of to flying start on 23rd in Dywidag cricket ground in Al Jubail, commonly known as biggest cricket tournament in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, the opening ceremony started with launching of jersey of the team with presence of all the guests.

Mr.Sidque and Mr. Sheikh Ahmed from White Stone,Mr. Salem UB former President youth congress Ullal, Mr. Mukesh owner M.M steels, Mr. Salam and Mr. Aslam from Blue Mart were present during the opening ceremony, Mr. Asif Deals welcomed the guest on the stage. Speaking on the occasion Mr.Salim UB said that cricket in Middle East countries has become main passage to bringing people of societies together in gulf countries and wished all the best for the teams participating in the tournament. Mr. Sheikh Ahmed declared tournament open with letting free birds on the pitch.

The tournament is being organized under able leadership of Ibba Bajpe and Team, The team jerseys where provide to the all the participating teams in the tournament, with 12 teams participating in this tournament, teams are divided in 3 pools and matches will be played on league basic with top 2 teams from each pool will qualify for the play offs. Winners and runners team players will take away WPL 2017 Winners and Runners Trophy with laptops and mobile phones as prizes with many more individual trophys andprizes will begiven away.

The tournament, which was supposed to get going on 17th of Feb, was delayed due to bad weather condition for the cricket, and got off to flying start today with first match played between Al Safa Al Hasa and Sab warriors Al khobar and the final of the tournament will be held on 3rd of March. With grand closing ceremony was much to the excitement of the waiting crowed present in the ground, the matches will be playedthroughout the week giving joy and fun cricket fans in the city of Jubail, Dammam, Al Hasa and Al Khobar
