Mumbai, Feb 16: Renowned writer, columnist Ravi R Anchan was awarded with “Sametanahalli Ramaraya” prize given by Bhairavi Publication for his article.
“Sametanahalli Ramaraya Prize” is an annual prize given by Bharati Kasargod, the president of Sindhu Bhairavi Publication in remembrance of her father. It is awarded for a best article among the articles published throughout the year in the monthly magazine “Hosatu”. This year’s prize was won by Ravi R Anchan for his article “Ananya Stree Para Dhwani Tarabai Shindhe” published in the March 2015 edition. The prize consists of Rs. 5000/- cash-said G.V Tejovathi of “Hosatu” office.
Ravi Ra Anchan is working as a columnist for many dailies and is the president of Karnataka Sangha Mumbai and Goregaon. He is known for his presence of mind and discipline. Many of his books have been published and many are to be published.
