Mumbai: Ln Rakesh Chaumal, an Architect, also Builder by profession, passion for social work and golf game, winner of Mercedes Regional golf tournament in Pune in February 2012 and other tournaments held an Advanced District Lions Leadership Institute-2day's seminar at Biji's Hill Resort Lonavla this week end with nearly 80 members of Lns District 323A2, had a resounding success.

PDG Lion Rajeshkumar Mehrra (323A2) was the true guide and support in conducting this Institute and also being a faculty in it. He states developing Teams is Team Building as he says with a Phrase "Sabka Saath..... Sabka Vikaas"

Ln Sham Malpani, a Walking Institute himself, expressed that Lions Clubs International, No 1 NGO in the world is on its way to Celebrate 100th anniversary, we are asking Lion members (1.4 million members worldwide) to help reach our Centennial Service Challenge goal of serving 100 million people by June 2018, starting from June 2014.

He further stated that in the first year itself, the target of about 33 million was achieved.
The Organization also want to create a Leader in every member, says Ln Nitin, & Ln Rakesh Chaumal already trained more than 250 members as Leaders.

The Topic of the seminar being Creating Positive Changes, Developing Teams, knack of Delegation, a Resolving Conflicts, Goal Setting main Fundamentals not only NGOs like Lions, it is need of the day in any Corporate setup or Big Companies, expressed 3 to 5 seniors members namely Ln Gairola, Ln Sharma & Ln Thakre from New Panvel Steel Club, who also call themselves 80 year old young Lions.

In between there was some stress busters like Karaoke, DJ, and some mind and physical games were done said Ln Bhalawal.
