Mumbai: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research &, Training Institute (BARTI), Pune, organized a grand felicitation ceremony of Ms. Tina Dabi who has achieved first rank in Indian Administrative Services (IAS) Examination 2015 from scheduled castes community to top the exam and she achieved this feat in very first attempt at the age of 22. Seen in the Rajkumar Badole, minister, Dept of social justice and welfare , Govt. of India feliciated her in presece of Rajesh Dhabre (IRS) Director General BARTI and her mother Hemali on Friday.
