Chief Electoral Officer presents Gazette Notification on elected members to Governor

Mumbai Oct. 22: Chief Electoral Officer of Maharashtra Mr. Nitin Gadre accompanied by State Chief Secretary Swadheen Kshatriya, today called on State Governor Ch. Vidyasagar Rao at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai and presented a copy of the Notification of Election Commission of India giving the list of members elected to all the 288 assembly constituencies in Maharashtra.  By the notification dated 21 October 2014, the Election Commission of India has notified the names of the members elected to the State Legislative Assembly along with their party affiliation.  Mumbai Collector and District Election officer Shaila A and other government officials were present on the occasion.
