Children’s Day Celebration at St. Xavier’s High School, Borivali (E)

Mumbai: It was a day of great fun and frolic as the students and teachers of St. Xavier’s High School, Borivali (E) celebrated Children’s Day in the school premises.

The teachers organized a full fledged and a very colourful assembly for the students. The assembly began with the Lord’s Prayer, Bible reading and special prayer by the teachers. The students and teachers sang and danced on some very rhythm tic prayer songs. The encouraging message sent by our honourable Chairman Sir was read out by the President of School Council.

The teachers gave wonderful performance on the occasion. The skit presented by the teachers on importance of parents in student’s life stole the show. The teachers also played various one minute games with the students. The winners were presented with gifts. The students really enjoyed all the segments of the celebration. They were given sweets on behalf of Honourable Chairman Sir and Respected Managing Director Madam.

Students thanked Respected Chairman Sir and Madam as they were happy to receive their blessings. The students relished the cake cut by them in the class. The cake was also cut by School Council members. Sapling Plantation was done by the President and Prime Minister of School Student Council along with Monitors of VI to X grade.

House wise games competition were organized. The students enjoyed themselves in their well decorated classrooms.
