ARTISTS WITHOUT ARTIFICE...... Exhibition of Photography For a CAUSE....was held for 2 days 21st and 22nd May 2016 at Kala Bhawan Near Big Bazar Thane.

Mumbai: Viewfinders....... a Team of Amateur Photographers found their own way as they call themselves VIEWFINDERS.... as they Fused rather Integrated the Art of Photography through their Captive Eyes and Lenses/Camera (on third floor)with Art of Giving....Work for cause towards the needy, in association with Lions club of sunshine platinum - a part of LCIF's PEACE POSTER COMPETITION - Theme- SHARE PEACE, wherein Adolescent students of age between 11 to 13 of different schools participated & their Drawings were displayed on (1st floor)at the venue.

Proceeds of Photographs from different genre Displayed for the Patrons to see, Appreciate and more importantly purchase but for a cause.

Chief Guest, Ln Subhash Bhalwal, popular Advocate and solicitor from Navi Mumbai, expressed his feelings by saying that this is my first and one of its kind of Exhibition, as DG Elect, he was overwhelmed with both Viewfinders.. a group of like minded and Talented Photographers, with a mind of Social service, want to donate the proceeds towards for a noble cause. With him were present, Guests of Honour, Ln Hanuman Agarwal VDG1, Ln K J Paul VDG 2, who is also popularly known as best PR professional in the district in the past.Also was present Ln Mukesh Taneja from Navi Mumbai, and Ln Rajesh Ballamwar and others.

Ln Amit Sarkar, who was coordinating with the Viewfinders team, says last December, we remember going to Wada with blankets as there poor people were donated with blankets to combat with Severe cold, then one girl expressed that she wants to study further, but could not for want of finance.

then he and his photographers friends, namely Abhimanyu Maitra, Amol Patil, Prasenjit Ghosh, Ravi Thakre, Soumendra Mukhopadhyay, Sudesh J Salian, felt though we cannot collect so much funds, at least we can donate the sale our talent/photography and collect funds for such needy people. Ln Atreyee mandal, Ln Divya Iyer, who is also event coordinator, were happy to work for such a noble cause and hope to collect good sale of amount in this exhibition.
