Bengaluru: But one such dream became a reality on 21st December 2017 in the campus of St Xavier’s and St Mary’s institutions, Shivajinagar Bangalore during the parent’s day and Christmas day celebrations.

The programme was organised with the guidance of Rev. Fr. Sandyagu, manager and correspondent of the institutions. Rev. Msgr. C Francis presided over the function. The chief guest was Smt. Prabha Alexander, B.E.O-N3. Addressing the gathering Rev. Msgr. C Francis stressed on the need for educating children for building a better society and nation. Smt. Prabha Alexander emphasising the same also highlighted the need for educating and encouraging girl children.

A colourful cultural programme was presented by the students of all the institutions showcasing their talents. Dances on various themes like birth of Christ, folk art and culture and Bollywood were vibrantly portrayed. The creative ideas with which the programmes were designed and presented enthralled the audience. The SSLC toppers of the previous academic year were felicitated.
