All hurdles cleared for new RGUHS campus: CM

Bengaluru, (DHNS): Allaying fears over the establishment of the new campus of the RGUHS in Ramanagara, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy on Monday said all hurdles had been cleared and very soon, the university would move to its permanent premises.

Laying the foundation stone for various projects during his tour of Ramanagara, Kumaraswamy said, “I have solved the issue related to land encroachment in the project. I have resolved all the other issues haunting this project. Shortly, the RGUHS campus will come up in Ramanagara.” The chief minister reiterated that development of Ramanagara would be his first priority and he would visit the district every month to address citizens’ problems. Kumaraswamy also held a discussion over providing minimum support price for silk. He was accompanied by ministers D K Shivakumar, H D Revanna, C S Puttaraju, and Sa Ra Mahesh.
