Bengaluru: Imran Sardariya's upcoming film 'Uppu, huli khara' (salt, sour and spice) is in news way before the release of the film.

Actor Malashree, who was given a role in Imran Sardariya's upcoming film 'Uppu, Huli Khara', held a press meet and fighting back tears she said that film producer K Manju and director Imran have ill-treated her and have raised apprehensions over her acting abilities.

She also showed a message from Imran, which read: "Gdmrng madam, manju sir fuly upset, he is very angry n askd me to stop d project coz of delay frm urside, n performance nt upto d mark, wil get bk to u later mam n im also helples, he is asking u to return d money...(sic)".

Malashree in the press meet said that she has been acting in Kannada film industry over the last two and half decades but nobody had ever questioned her acting abilities.
