Counters at temples to collect relief material

Bengaluru, (DHNS): The Muzrai department has said temples can open separate counters to collect donations and contributions from devotees for the CM’s Relief Fund to help flood-hit Kodagu and parts of coastal Karnataka.

According to a government order, the Muzrai department has directed 81 select temples coming under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act in the state to contribute a total of Rs 12.3 crore for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
