P Chidambaram releases ‘Fearless in Opposition’ at St Joseph’s College

Bengaluru: P.Chidambaram, Member of Parliament and former Finance Minister released his book ‘Fearless in Opposition’ on April 1 at 6.00 pm in Xavier Hall, St Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Langford Road here. The Department of Communication, St Joseph’s College in collaboration with Rupa Publications, India, conducted the event.

A panel discussion moderated by T M Veeraraghav, Resident Editor, The Hindu was also be held. The panel comprised prof Rajeev Gowda, member of parliament, Rajya Sabha, Dr Aditya Sondhi, senior advocate and additional advocate general, Karnataka, and Dr Fr Richard Rego, SJ , director, research centre, St Joseph’s College.

P Chidambaram’s book seeks to analyse deeper into certain political issues like BJP’S definition of 'Nationalism', MGNREGA as an instrument for India’s transformation, 'Surgical Strike', political and economic issues.
