Bangalore 3rd November 2015: Acing Admissions is the definitive guide to US undergraduate college admissions, whether you are looking at studying in the US from the point of view of preparing as early as class 8 or you are in class 12 facing applications deadlines within months.

This book is the result of Kavita Mehta and Kim Dixit’s years of experience helping Indian families navigate the admissions process. They have identified the key questions, stumbling blocks and knowledge gaps that Indian families face as they consider undergraduate education in the US. Using examples, case studies, comparative tables and anecdotes the authors and co-founders of The Red Pen help students and their families answer questions such as:

· How does my school or board in India influence my US application?

· What is the significance of Data, Voice and Talent?

· What are the types of colleges and courses offered in the US?

· Is it better to submit my application before December 31st?

· How much does it cost? Is it possible to get financial aid?

‘This book is a must for every home and serves as an excellent ready reckoner for every high school student desiring to study in the United States.’
- Mrs. Kalyani Patnaik, Principal?, Hiranandani Foundation School Powai, Mumbai

‘The prospect of studying at your dream college in the US is exciting, but requires considerable planning, hard work and thoughtfulness. Acing Admissions clearly outlines the processes and objectives of the US College admissions procedure and empowers Indian parents and undergraduate students to make informed choices.’
