Kundapur: In an unfortunate incident that occurred dy a person, who was fishing using the rod, fell into the river and died at Kannadakudru.
The deceased person has been identified as Mohammed Nabhi (23), a resident of Hosalli Santhoshnagar. He was fishing using a fishing rod on a bridge at Kannadakudru. Mohammed accidentally slipped and fell into the river and lost his life.
Kundapur fire service brigade personnel fished the body out. A case in this regard is registered in the Kundapur police station.
