Kasargod: In a tragic incident, a 25-year-old met with death after a bus knocked down the motor bike he was riding on Monday January 18. The deceased has been identified as Aithappa, son of late Krishna Naik from Yedamale Maikana
Aithappa was a carpenter by profession. He had finished the day's work, and was returning home with a fellow worker at around 5 pm on Monday, when the accident occurred near Arlapadavu.
After a private bus moving between Puttur-Swarga and Vittal and Aithappa's motor bike collided with each other, Aithappa was thrown away from his two-wheeler onto the roadside. In this process, his head banged against the hand pump of a tube-well standing by the roadside.
