Kasargod: Ina great breakthrough in drugs case, Manjeshwar Police have arrested a person from Manjeshwar peddling with ganja in Tamil Nadu. The arrested person is identified as Aboobakar Siddique(30) of Hosabettu.
They have siezed 22.8 Kg of ganja from him.
On credible information Manjeshwar police raided the rented room which Abbobaker had used for ganja peddling in Tamil Nadu. It is learnt that he used to purchase ganja from Andhra Pradesh.
Investigations are in progress. A case has been registered against Aboobakar. There has been increase in ganja usage by youngsters in the district, which is cause of concern.
