Kollur: Jayalalitha's followers and fans visited the Kollur Shree Mookambika Temple and offered special prayers to goddess Mookambika after Jayalalitha was sworn in as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, less than a fortnight after being cleared of corruption.
Prior to the court hearings of Jayalalitha, the MLAs and ministers of Tamil Nadu had visited Kollur Shree Mookambika Temple and offered Chandika Homa to clear Jayalalitha from all the corruption charges.
Followers of Jayalalitha say that God has listened to their prayers and cleared Jayalalitha's name from the corruption charges.
