Mangaluru: A lorry driver of Tamil Nadu origin has been found murdered at Padil The deceased has been identified as Chellamani (38). He was reportedly hacked to death by another lorry driver named Suresh Kumar (49) who is also of Tamil Nadu origin.
The murder took place near the new railway bridge at Padil after both Chellamani and Kumar fought over some domestic issue. Suresh hacked Chellamani using a knife and screw driver.
He is currently absconding. Kankanady Police is investigating the case.
