Udupi: A person who had scaled the roof of the house at Pangala village near Katapadi to attend to certain repair work there, accidentally fell down and lost his life. The deceased is Alwin Shantakumar Soans (52).
He had scaled the terrace of his home on Sunday afternoon when he lost his balance and fell down to the ground. He suffered serious injuries and therefore, was taken to the district hospital here for treatment.
The doctors who examined him said that he had already lost his life. A case of unnatural death stands filed at Kaup police station relating to this case.
