Ahmedabad, Feb. 10 (PTI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi's wife Jashodaben today filed an RTI application with the regional passport office here, seeking details about the marriage-related documents he had submitted to get his passport.
Jashodaben's passport application was rejected in November on the grounds that she did not produce a marriage certificate or joint affidavit to prove she was married.
"Jashodaben came to the office today and filed an RTI application related to her passport," said regional passport officer Z.A. Khan.
