Mangaluru: Police have successful arrested two who robbed entrepreneur Ganesh Kamath (64), a resident of Bejai. He had arranged the amount to make advance payment for the construction of his house. The youths, who had seen Kamath count the amount at his shop on October 20, had hatched a conspiracy to rob him.
They had waylaid Kamath and pushed him to the ground before fleeing with Rs 27 lakh in cash. A case was registered in Urwa Police Station. Based on the information, the police have arrested the duo.
A case has been registered.
