Mangaluru: Zubair from Kozhikode in Kerala has complained to the Mangaluru rural police that some unknown persons abducted him in a Bolero vehicle on Wednesday December 9 and snatched Rs 25 lac from him.
Zubair came from Mumbai during afternoon . Four persons who arrived by a Bolero vehicle took him in the vehicle by force. They then snatched Rs 25 lac he was carrying and dropped him at Maripalla. Zubair said in his complaint that he worked for a company in Mumbai and he was asked by his employer to carry cash and give it to a person.
The police received the complaint on Saturday after three days of the incident. But they have registered the complaint. The reason for delay in filing the complaint is not known.
