Mangaluru: Expelled BJP man Srikar Prabhu who is contesting as an independent from Mangaluru South constituency has said that the confusion within the BJP would contribute to his win. Prabhu said both the BJP and Congress have not selected the right candidates.
He said though he was expelled from the party during the 2014 election time, the party has until now not cited any reason for his expulsion. At the same time he said he has not spoken anything against the party. He also stated that his ideology was similar to that of the BJP despite him contesting as an independent.
He also stated that he has received a good response from the people for his candidature. He expressed of getting highest number of votes.
