TAPMI welcome students with induction programme

Manipal: The T.A. Pai Management Institute kicked off the new academic year and welcomed the 35th batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), eighth batch of PGDM in Healthcare and fourth batch of PGDM in Banking and Financial Services (BKFS) students during the Student Induction ceremony.

Chandana Agarwal, Managing Partner, Ogilvy and Mather, and an alumna from the batch of 1995-1997, said, “At TAPMI, they aspire to create professional doers instead of talkers and every individual must inculcate such qualities in their professional as well as personal life.”

Vishwanathan Iyer, outgoing Admissions Chair, highlighted the profile of the batch of 2017-2019. The new batch consists of students from 24 States of the country. The 471-strong batch with an average CAT score at 87 percentile has among them poets and writers, foreign language instructors, a self-financed world traveller and founder CEOs.
