Medical camp organised as part of golden Jubilee programme of Milagres College

Udupi: As a part of golden Jubilee programme of Milagres College, by Milagres College Alumni Association in association with N.S.S Milagres College, K.M.C Hospital Mangalore, Rotary Club Kallianpur and Barkur, Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple Mandarthi, and Grama Panchayat Heggunje, a medical camp was organised at Sri Durgaparameshwar High school Mandarthi recently.

Sri Vittal Shetty president of Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple Mandarthi inaugurated the camp. Sri Ganesh Shetty president of Heggunje Panchyat presided.

Mr. Allan Lewis president of Alumni welcomed the gathering. Principal Dr Gerald Pinto made the introductory remarks. Rotarian Iqbal president of Rotary Kallianpur, Sri Chandrashekar Hegde president of Brahmavar sports club, Sri Rathnakar Shetty H M of high school, Dr Ashok medical officer of D.K, Shika Shetty old student and councilor Wenlock hospital and other local leaders were present.

Smt Savitha Kumari principal of Milagres PU college proposed vote of thanks. Mr Nityanand Shetty compared the programme.

Doctors from Pediatrics, eye, orthopedic, Gynecologists, and general medicine treated the patients. Free medicine and spectacle were distributed.
