Ingredients :

3 boiled eggs. (remove the shell.)
2 Onions(cut lengthwise)
1 tbsp coconut
1 small tomato (chopped)
1 tsp chilly powder 
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 flake garlic
½ “ ginger
¼ Turmeric powder
5 cashew nuts
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.


Method :

• Heat oil in kadai , add onions, fry till golden color.
• Add coconut , fry for 2 minutes, keep aside for 5 minutes.
• Grind along with chilly , garam masala, turmeric, ginger, garlic,cashew nuts to a paste.
• Heat oil in kadai, add gravy paste , chopped tomato, cook for 5 minutes.
• Add required water to get thick curry. 
• Allow to boil , add boiled eggs to the curry.
• Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
• Serve with chapattis..
