7 areas cleaned on occasion of Swachh Mangaluru Abhiyaan

Mangaluru: Artist Dinesh Holla and his team undertook the art work on the compound wall during the 12th week of the Swachh Mangaluru Abhiyaan of Sri Ramakrishna Mutt on Sunday. The members of the sabha undertook cleaning operations adjacent to Jail Road including near Capuchin Church, Holla and the team decorated the compound wall.

At the same time, Team Inspiration members cleaned the surroundings of the road in front of Government Lady Goschen Hospital. Walls of the bus shelters which were filled with posters were cleaned and given a fresh coat of paint by Gajendra and team.

Like last week, students of Ganapathy English Medium High School cleaned GHS Road and school premises. Members of Nityananda Balaga conducted cleanliness drive on Nireswalya (Goods Shed) Road. Members of Nivedita Balaga cleaned the surroundings of Mangaladevi Temple up to Cascia School.

Jail Road in front of Subrahmanya Sabha was cleaned and the compound wall opposite the sabha, which was filled with wild growth was cleaned and adored with paintings with Swachh Bharath messages.
