Mangaluru : The most prestigious Awards in Konkani Music, awarded by Mandd Sobhann – the 8th Global Konkani Music Awards, will be awarded on Sun., Dec. 11, 2016, at Kalaangann.

Multi-platinum recording artist and Playback Singer, Kavita Krishnamurthy Subramaniam, will be presenting the Awards. She will also be singing on the occasion. Goa’s Pride Sidhanath Buyao will be performing that evening.
Mandd Sobhann’s Singing Club ‘Sumell’ will be presenting a few group songs and Nach Sobhann will present the dances. Arun Raj Rodrigues and Hera Pinto will compere the show.
Top-3 Nominees of all 6 categories will be honoured on the occasion and the final winners will be declared, announced and awarded at the Ceremony.
The Event commences at 6 p.m.. The public is requested to occupy their seats at 5.45. Admission free.
