92.7 BIGFM conducts painting competition for the kids on World Environment day.

Mangaluru: World Environment day occurs on 5 June every year, and is the United Nation's principal vehicle for encouraging worldwide awareness and action for the protection of our environment. On the occasion of world environment day, Dakshina Kannada's most popular and most heard FM station 92.7BIGFM organized painting competition on the theme "No pollution more plantation -Save Planet " at Bharath mall, Mangaluru.

Kids below 15 years participated at the drawing competition and parents accompanied them to the venue. More than 80 kids have participated and took the pledge to Save planet. Members of Xeenx supported the initiative and coordinated the event. Speaking on the occasion RJ Errol said " i am completing 6 years in BIGfm and its my 5 year associating actively on these initiative. BIG fm is always in front in spreading awareness on save nature concept. I thank all the parents for bringing kids to the venue. Ashith upadyaya from Xeenx said " we are happy to be associated with the initiative. Hope kids take the message seriously Nd spread awareness in the society". Rachan raj from Bharath mall also expressed his happiness for being part of it. Bharath BIG cinemas, Bharath Book mark gratified the kids.


Rj Errol,Arun Viswanath, Kiran Naayar, Alston from 92.7BIGfm. Ashith, Amith,Tazeena, Parvez and others from Xeenx and Rachan raj, Mallikarjun from Bharath Mall were present on the occasion.
