Baby show competition held at ‘Aavishkar’ fest

Mangaluru: Baby show competition was conducted at the college ground during the college annual Fest ‘Avishkar 2017’ on Sunday.

As many as 50 children competed in the preliminary round of the baby show. Based on the smartness and efficiency of the babies, 10 were selected for the final round.

Fluency of speech, confidence, and talent show were parameters of the competition. Rashmi Rasquinha (ENT specialist), Savitha Ivan Pinto (Teaching faculty St Theresa ICSE School) and Dimple Pinto (Chemistry lecturer St Aloysius College), were the Judges. Mohammed Nawaz of Adhil Designs was the main sponsorer for the prizes of the event.

The first place was bagged by Samanvi M R Bhat, second place was bagged by Jianna Marieanne D’Mello and the third place was bagged by Mireille Chloe Pinto.
