Balindra Pooja performed at SVT, Carstreet

Mangaluru: Balindra Pooja was offered to the Lord at the Shree Venkatramana Temple at Carstreet on October 31. The temple budget for the year was offered to the Lord as is the tradition first and the same was later read out by Manager Narayana Kamath.

Pandit Narasimha Acharya spoke about the specialities of Balindra Pooja as well as its mythological background. Prasadam was distributed to the gathered devotees.

Temple priests Chandrakanth Bhat, Harish Bhat, Trustees Adige Balakrishna Shenoy, Padmanabha Pai, Jayaraj Pai and others were present.
