‘Bostu’ Konkani Drama Presented by Vasai Welfare Association

Mumbai, Apr. 19: Bostu Konkani humorous drama was presented by Vasai Konkani welfare Association on last Sunday in YMCA auditorium at Manikpura, Vasai East.

The senior Konkani dramatist- Francis Fernandes Casia was present as the chief guest and the social workers- Robert Menezes, Josy Menezes, the Dramatist- Joy Paaladka, the president of the association Stephen Fernandes, the director of Model bank- Ansi D’ Souza Paaladka and others were present as the honorable guests on the occasion.

The main head and the director of Bostu drama- Leo Fernandes Jerimeri was felicitated by offering bouquets. At this moment, Felix D’ Souza was also felicitated for rendering his services in Konkani association.

Flavi Cordero, Silvia Fernandes, Flavia Fernandes, Henry Menezes, John D’ Souza, John Rodrigues, Francis Louis, Naveen D’ Souza, Hilda D’ Souza, Lawrence Mendonca, Sophia D’ Souza, Nixan D’ Souza and other artists performed in the Bostu drama directed by Leo Fernandes. Henry Pinto, Albert D’ Costa and Mabel Rejinold cooperated in the event.

Rion Mascarenhas sang the National Anthem. Rejinold Santhumayer- the president of Vasai Konkani Association welcomed the gathering. Royli Santhumayer and Quincy Pilli performed the welcome dance. John D’ Souza compered the program. Henry Pinto proposed the vote of thanks.
