Christmas Celebration celebrated at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Madanthyar

Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Madanthyar celebrated Birth of Jesus – Christmas on 25th December. On Christmas eve, 24th December all the faithful, priests and religious gathered together at the church premises and began with carol singing.

After blessing the crib, Solemn Eucharistic Celebration commenced at 7.30 pm. Rev. Fr Alwyn Dsouza SJ offered the mass along with Rev. Fr Basil Vas, Rev. Fr Alwyn Dsouza, Rev. Fr Rayan Pinto, Rev. Fr George Santhumayor and Deacon Jovel. Rev. Fr Alwyn Dsouza preached meaningful homily and gave a call to become human like Jesus Christ. After the Mass, Coffee and Cake was served. All the people turned towards their home after sharing festal greetings.
